Celebrate Christmas in Downtown Norfolk! Downtown Norfolk presents Hometown Holidays! An annual River Point festival hosted by locally owned businesses and community organizations.

Get in the Christmas spirit at the Annual Hometown Holidays Festival (formerly known as the Christmas Festival and Black Tuesday) in downtown Norfolk, Nebraska. The festival runs from 4:30 until the Christmas Tree Lighting at 7th and Norfolk Avenue at 7:30 PM.
