Celebrate our German Heritage
Friday, September 21th & Saturday, September 22
Oktoberfest Family Festival is a free annual event on The River Point in Downtown Norfolk. Enjoy German beer, music, food and fun, all located at the Norfolk Area Chamber. More details to come!
Oktoberfest started in 1810 in Bavaria to celebrate the wedding of Prince Ludwig I. Today, residents in Northeast Nebraska celebrate their German heritage and the fall harvest during this two-day family festival. With German food, a beer garden, live music, and family entertainment, this Downtown Norfolk family event gets better every year.
